We operate in two productive unities of about 4.000 m that us permit to follow all the steps, from the formulation to the packaging of the cosmetics products.
One unity is used for the manufacturing of raw materials to obtain the final cosmetic product; this takes place in an environment with tile floor and provided of areators and aspirators to maintain cleaning and healthy the mixer division.
In the other unity the various items requested by our customers are packaged with the use of last generation machines.

Production process
The raw materials are checked at receipt to verify the integrity and the costance of organoleptic characteristics
and then they’re stocked in apposite spaces on basins of restraint to a better respect of antipollution ambient resources.
The raw materials used are certified Ecocert. Our formulations are certified by authorized laboratories that operate in collaboration with the Ferrara and Pavia universities.
We use fragrances without allergenes and natural extracts bio-compatible. All the water used in the various manufacturings is filtered with cartridges with selective filter until 50 micron and by anti bacterial devices.
The values reported by the supplying company identify the water biologically pure, with parameters that are within the limits of the specific norms for the mineral waters (MD health 29.12.2003).
Packaging process
In this division we have at disposal of about 14 packaging machine for liquid, solid and dense products (bottling, tubing and labelling machines completely automated) that permit to reach a daily production of 200.000 pieces.
On all the models we can print the batch number of production and the expiring date with dry marking, heat transfer, ink printer or laser marker.
The products are brought to the packaging lines with apposite plastic containers and they’re moved with inox pumps to the inspection hoppers to be injected into the bottles without contact with our operators but through hygienic pipes.
Our history
Idea was born in 2000, exploiting the thirty-year experience of his charter member, to satisfy needs of production and packaging of cosmetics exclusively for hotel’s sector of whom is leader on the market today.
On the date October 7th, 2013 IDEA Srl reached the ISO 22716 certification – by INTERTEK Certification France – for the manufacture, control and packaging of cosmetic products.
The cosmetic group IDEA counts on a productive capacity about 20 million bottles of liquid cosmetics toiletries sold in more than 30 countries around the world.
The certification means that the products have the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetics. Indeed by July 2013, all products lead into the European market must be developed in compliance with the GMP described in ISO 22716, integrate in the CE 1223/09 the new cosmetic regulation.
