Certifications
The cosmetic group IDEA works respecting the “New rules about cosmetic products” 1223/2009 in place of the directive 76/768/CEE, for the discipline of production and sell of cosmetic products.
IDEA is certified ISO 22716 (Intertek-Moody) that attested the conformity of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
UNI EN ISO 22716 (GMP) represents the guide lines for production, checking, conservation and dispatch of cosmetic products.
The formulations of the products are dermatologically tested and certified by authorized laboratories and in collaboration with the University of Pavia and Ferrara, which attest to the complete ocular and skin tolerance.
Biological formulations ECO BIO COSMESI – ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification in Bologna).
Use of raw materials certificated ECOCERT.

Laboratory
The internal laboratory, completely equiped of tiled counters and provided of adapt instruments for the various tests of funzionalità and stability (like PH-meter, viscous meter, stoves, centrifuges, incubatore).
This is costantly updated on the CEE directives about the toxicity of raw materials, additives, essences, colorants, preservatives on the respect of the practices of good manufacturing at the safeguard of the consumer.
The checks are constantly made, since the first steps, for each production batches.
Research & Development
Our technical team is at disposal to formule, to test and to sample eventual requests by the customers.
The products formulations are dermatologically tested and certified by authorized laboratori in collaboration with the Pavia University, that attests the complete skin and ocular tolerablity.
Graphic design
A graphic office is at complete disposal to realize classic or modern designs: a specialized team studies new trend graphics and exclusive lines of bottles, soaps and complementary items for hotels, to propose a line that reflect your ideas and necessities.
In harness with you, we create an unique product made on the customer's needs.
We're structured to use the various materials finalized to the molding and the blowing of our models (coloured, transparent, translucent or with soft touch effect).
Some of them are in PETG, PET, PEHD, PP to the recent complementary biodegradable material ECM.
